The time has come.  It is Official. Ladies and Gentlemen.  Fasten your seatbelts. The Amenity Center is a GREEN light!  The permitting for the land disturbance and pool is in place and completed.  The engineering  for the building is getting it last glance before it is sealed by the Architectural firm and sent to the County for construction go ahead.  Once the County receives the Engineered plans it will be about 6 weeks to get the County GREEN light.  In the mean time I will be posting pictures and giving you updates on status. 

We have also developed a Progress Monitor so you can get a visual idea of where we are during the construction of your Amenity Center.
